We collect the information you give us when you reach out: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, the property you're contacting us about, and anything you tell us in our conversation. We also use publicly available property records, such as county ownership and tax records.

This website does not use forms, advertising trackers, or cookies to collect information about you.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, talk with you about your property, make an offer if one fits, and complete a purchase if we agree on one. If you ask us not to contact you again, we'll honor that and keep a record so we don't.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as needed to complete a transaction you've agreed to (for example, with a title company, closing attorney, or lender), with service providers that support our phone and email systems, or when required by law.
